This workshop is designed to empower the therapist who is required to upgrade to the HLT07 qualification, with the knowledge and skills to assist them in their quest.

- Demystifying Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Current Competency (RCC)
- How to approach a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for assessment
- How to put my RPL application together
This workshop will be very open with questions and discussion invited so as to produce an informative and empowering experience for all who attend. Each attendee will leave with a set of comprehensive notes and guidelines to help them pursue their upgrade confidently.

Kathleen has in the past 13 years gained significant standing in the area of natural medicine, having started her training with the NSW School of Natural Medicine and concurrently working for the same in Administration, Kathleen has worked to become the CEO and Director of Education for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and still holds that position today.
Kathleen attained a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) with the University of New England and started in private practice in 2002 and runs a successful practice with her partner, known as the Functional Health Centre in Coffs Harbour. Her understanding of the processes involved her ability to convey that knowledge to others, has earned her great respect as a Consultant, Administrator, Naturopath and Educator.
